The Bachelor´s thesis pursues the decisive issues of supporting structure of the building for fitness, rehabilitation and accommodation in Štíty. The thesis seeks to find the building – technological optimum for main construction works. The thesis includes technical report of the object, technological prescription, equipment construction, machinery , budget, timetable,inspection and test plan, work safety.

The aim of this work is the processing of the technological project for the ,,Skladová hala v Měříně“, which addresses the preparation and organization of construction. Construction technology the project involves the processing of time plans, economic evaluation, design of pumping sources for construction, working procedures, construction site equipment, and design of major machines and mechanisms. Further, it is processed a detailed technological regulation and inspection and test plan for a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. All technological procedures are processed with regard to work safety and environment.

Construction Project Realization Planning

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the tools used in the planning of construction project. The beginning of the thesis is focused on general distribution of various kinds of project planning and description of its phases. Following section deals with planning techniques that are currently mostly used. The main part of the thesis consists of description and comparison of main planning methods. I used particular construction project of multifunctional building as a foundation to practically demonstrate and compare these methods. The outcome of my thesis is to apply each method to this constrution project.

Campus MU Brno (green stage) - construction technological project

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project for the construction of the main processing stages University Campus Bohunice (green stage). It is a building consisting of nine pavilions which are mutually connected by two corridors. Corridors simultaneously combine green building stage with blue previous stage. All buildings are partial basement and three floors. Exceptions are SO IV-309, which consisted of four storeys with casing of an elliptic cylinder with a flat roof in the middle of the roof sheathing. In my thesis I deal specifically this very building object, which I discussed in terms of time, financial, technological progress bored piles and building equipment. Other portions are designed to project the whole building.

Preparation for the construction of an apartment building in Brno - Slatina

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

Preparation of realization of completion of clinical hematology, University Hospital Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.
